摘要
针对我国经济适用住房建设、销售中出现的问题,从政府、开发商两个方面分析了这些问题产生的原因,并提出了有效的解决办法。
In the light of the problems occurring in the construction and sales of the affordable housing in our country, this paper analyzes on the reasons why these problems occur from two aspects of the government and the developer, and puts forward some effective methods for solving these problems.
