城市化的飞速发展要求国土资源管理业务中的权属和利用两大核心专题摆脱以前的单系统模式,逐步向数据共享、功能一体化方向发展。为适应这种发展趋势,需研究并设计出城乡一体的国土资源数据中心管理工具。基于地理信息系统开发平台的城乡一体化数据中心管理工具采用专题融合的新模式,实现了多专题、多区域、多源、多尺度的一体化数据中心管理。能够实现国土资源业务管理的一体化,具有明显的技术优势。

The rapid development of urbanization requires land management business not to be divided into two subjects including ownership and usage in terms of urban and rural areas. In order to meets the requirement, a new thinking for land management pattern is put forward, and management tools of data center for integration of urban and rural areas are designed, the tools are based on GIS, which have made the management ofmuhi-subject, multi-area, multi-source and multi-measurement data possible. The tools have put into practice in land management and have obvious technical advantages.
