摘要
对4只家兔背阔肌以2HZ的频率电刺激4W,在电镜下观察超微结构的变化,并作计量分析。慢性电刺激可使线粒体含量明显增加,在Ⅰ型纤维内由4.53%增至6.24%;在Ⅱ型纤维内由2.95%增至3.78%。肌糖原颗粒的数目也显著增加。并就骨骼肌耐疲劳转化的机理及电刺激条件进行了探讨,为骨骼肌动力型心肌成形术中耐疲劳转化提供实验形态学依据。
Objective:To provide experimental morphologic bases of fatigue resistance in preparation of myocardial plastic surgery using skeleton muscle.Methods:Four adult rabbits subjected to continuous electrical stimulation in latissimus dorsi muscles at frequency of 2 Hz for 4 weeks.Results:The latissimus dorsi muscle subjected to chronic stimulation showed a remarkable increase in the mitochondria and the glycogen granules.Conclusions:Such changes suggested that resistance to fatigue was probably enhanced.
