摘要
“伙伴合作、共同发展”是在国内外区域协作的教师教育中应运而生的新的发展模式,也是当前推动教师专业发展、提高教师专业素养的多种模式之一。本文在研究国内外区域协作的教师教育模式中,重点阐述“伙伴合作、共同发展”模式的基本思路和构成内容,概括出“伙伴合作、共同发展”的教师教育模式的特点,并对这一模式进行了思考。
＂The partnership cooperation for common development＂ has emerged as a new development model of teacher education in a domestic and regional cooperation. It is also one of the many models to promote the professional development and quality of teachers. Based on the study of teacher education models in the domestic and regional cooperation, this paper highlights the basic ideas and the components of the new model, summarizes its features and reflects on its development.
