摘要
基础教育课程改革意味着一种文化的变革。在这一文化变革过程中,中国固有的教育传统、教师惯常的生活方式在某些方面不由自主地充当了阻滞者的角色,起着阻碍作用。要克服这些阻力,只有通过文化启蒙、构建合作制度、唤起教师的主动参与等方式,达成全体改革参与者的价值认同和教师生活方式的转换。
The basic education curriculum reform implies a cultural change. In this process of the change, the inherent tradition of Chinese education and teachers, usual lifestyl play a hindering role and affect on it. To overcome these obstacles, we must make cultural enlightenment, build cooperation system and arouse the active participation of teachers and so on, to unify the value of all the participants and realize the change of teachers lifestyle.
