Optimization of Teaching Quality Internal Management Mechanism in Higher Education

高校内部教学质量管理,不仅要重视体系的构建,还要重视机制的优化。本文在分析高校内部教学质量管理机制存在的主要问题的基础上,探讨了如何从组织、流程、价值整合和制度创新四个方面来优化高校内部教学质量管理机制的问题。

As for teaching quality internal management mechanism in higher education, we should attach importance to both the constretion and the optimization of mangement mechanism. This paper points out some problems in teaching quality internal management mechanism, discusses how to optimize teaching quality internal management mechanism from four aspects： optimization of orgnization, optimization of procedures, integration of value and innovation of institutions.
