摘要
选择具有高观赏价值的柃木属6种植物为材料,采用气体交换方法,于温室中重点通过6种柃木属植物的光-光合作用曲线、CO_2响应曲线特征参数值的测定,对其光能利用特性及耐荫性比较研究,为城市绿化合理利用柃木属材料提供理论依据。结果表明根据光合作用光补偿点数值大小来评价植物耐荫性,6种柃木树种耐荫性依次为:窄基红褐柃>柃木>微毛柃>滨柃>格药柃>翅柃,它们的光补偿点随着CO_2补偿点增高而减少,随着RuBP羧化酶的相对活性的提高而增大,与最大净光合速率成正相关关系,与最大量子效率呈负相关。
Characteristic parameters of light-photosynthetic curve and CO2 response curve of 6 high ornamental value Eurya plants species were determined by gas exchange method in greenhouse to give reasonable suggestions for their further exploitation and utilization. The results showed that the order of ability to shade tolerance of 6 Eurya plants was Eurya rubiginosa var. attenuata 〉 E. japonica 〉 E. hebeclados 〉 E. emarginata 〉 E. muricata 〉 E. alata according to their numerical value of photosynthesis light compersation point. Their light compensation point was declined with the increae of acrbon dioxide light compensation point ,increased with the increase of the relative activity of RuBP and positively related to the maximum net photosythesis ratio and negative corrlation with AQP.
