摘要
本文在0%(对照CK)、5%、15%和25%PEG-6000模拟水分胁迫下研究了不同水分胁迫处理下扶芳藤光合和其他生理指标。结果表明,各处理光合速率显著下降,而水分利用效率比对照均有所提高。各处理的扶芳藤光合速率和水分利用效率都呈明显的双峰曲线,这与扶芳藤特性和环境因子的日进程密切相关。综合各处理光合与其他生理指标,25%PEG处理,第3天,扶芳藤植株受到水分胁迫影响较大,致使其生理机能受到伤害,而5%PEG、15% PEG处理至第5天仍表现出对干旱的适应。
Under simulated water stress :0% (contrast CK) ,5% , 15 % and 25 % PEG-6000, this paper researches photosynthesis character and the other physiological indexes of Euonymus fortunei ( Turcz. ) Hand. - Mazz under different degrees of water stress were studied. The results showed that in differnet treatments the photosynthesis rate descended greatly and water utilization ratio increased in contrast. The net photosynthesis rate and water utilization ratio in all treatments could be expressed by two-humped curve easily it had close co-relationskip with the natural characters of Euonymus fortunei and environment factors. Considering on photosynthesis character and the other physiological indexes of Euonymus fortunei comprehensively, the plants with 25% PEG treatment were affected mostly, and it's physiological fuction was injured on the third day, but the plants with 5% PEG and 15% PEG treatments still showed the adaptability to drought unitl the fifth day.
