摘要 对受栅锈菌侵染后的杨树体内代谢指标进行了测定,研究了杨树受不同致病性的落叶松-杨栅锈菌侵染前后的病理生理学变化。结果表明,受锈菌侵染后,寄主可溶性总糖含量先降低再升高,而还原糖和可溶性蛋白质含量的病/健比一直小于1;与之相反,游离氨基酸含量的病/健比则一直大于1。CAT的活性在接种后的48~96 h中达到最大,POD、SOD的活性在接种后的24 h后就高于对照,且逐渐升高,并在显症前达到峰值。在不同亲和性的组合中的生理变化以感病组合中最显著,这些生理变化与抗病性有一定的关系,可作为检测杨树抗锈性生理生化指标。 The dynamic changes of physiological metabolism on poplar infected by Melampsora larici-populina Kleb. with different compatibilities were studied. Results showed that the contents of host soluble sugar decreased at the early stage of infection, but increased before the pustules appeared. The contents of protein and reducing sugar decreased, on the contrary, the contents of free amino acids increased during rust infection. The activity of CAT had its peak value between 48 - 96 h after inoculation. The activity of SOD and POD increased after inoculated for 24 hours, and the peak value in each combination appeared before the symptoms. The changes of physiological metabolism in compatible combination were significantly different from changes in incompatible combination. All these results indicated that these changes were associated with host resistance, and can be served as criteria for assessing the resistance of poplar to Melampsora larici-populina Kleb.
