管内含不凝气空气冷却器设计计算方法

Design and Calculation Method for Air Cooler with Noncondensating Gases Inside the Tubes

摘要 在研究管内含不凝气多组分冷凝传热基础上,提出了用于工程设计的简易计算方法:“热阻分配法”。用该法编制的空冷器程序,计算了五种类型实际工程设计项目,均可满足工程设计的需要。与国外同类型程序(ACoL4)计算结果相吻合。 Based upon the heat transfer research in multicomponent condensation with non-condensating gases inside the tubes, a simple calculation method:' thermal resistance sharing method', was proposed for engineering design purpose. A computer program was developed for air cooler, and five types of practical design projects were calculated by the program. The results are in agreement with similar program developed by forign company.
