摘要
城市腹域内的经济个体由城市中心向外围的布局遵循地租衰减规律,这种地租衰减过程由于经济人收益与成本的对比导致城市经济个体向外围空间的分布密度逐渐降低,该过程同时形成不同收入水平的经济个体分布空间的差异,最终形成城市的最大扩展边界。在排除政府干预的条件下,城市外围空间的扩展过程遵循经济规则,为谋求效用最大而实现地租均衡从而形成城市边界。
It obeys rent reduction law(RRL) for economic individual to distribute from urban core to periphery, the density becomes smaller and smaller during the course of RRL functioning because of the comparison between income and cost, during which the distribution of economic individual are different as well, the farthest periphery for urban enlarging is shaped. With no government intervention, the upper procession obeys economic rule, looking for most efficiency and realizing rent balance, so as to shape urban periphery.
