摘要
分析了GGR浓度、多菌灵浓度、扦插时间、扦插基质和枝条类型等对中华红叶杨扦插育苗的影响,并对上述5种因子进行了单因素方差分析,发现GGR浓度、扦插时间、扦插基质和枝条类型对中华红叶杨扦插成活率均有显著影响;多菌灵浓度对扦插成活率没有显著影响。选择先年秋枝或当年夏枝作为扦穗,以GGR 100 mg/kg浸泡2 h,以纯黄心土作为扦插基质,3月中旬或9月底进行扦插,其效果最佳。
By means of the single factor analysis, the effects of consistency of GGR, the carbendazim of significant difference and cutting time and the character of branch on cutting were studied. The results showed that the five factors were all influenced the cutting seedlings of Populus deltoids cv. Zhong hua hongye. There were no obviously effect on the rooting rate of cuttings when treated with different concentrations of carbendazim. The best effects in seedling was using autumn branch of last year or summer branch this year as cutting seedling, immersing in GGR 100 mg/kg 2 hours and using pure inner yellow mud as cutting medium, and cutting seedling in middle of March or end of September.
