摘要
目的:将ISO9000质量体系导入医院护理管理,强化护士长对无形成本效益的管理。方法:对照ISO9000族质量体系标准,建立管理流程,对耗财、药品、采取定品种、定数量、以消耗两周定库存量的原则;对枪救车、被服、供应室物品则采取定基数,每日清点补充原则;对设备、设施则采取每周检查、维修及效准原则;对护士长日常的管理工作则统一编制计划执行表,强化其计划和有效性的原则。结果护士长仅领物一项所耗费的时间就从原来的月平均9.6次降至2.3次,不仅有效的保证了科室的物品、药品的最小有效库存量,而且还有效的减少积压和浪费。仪器设备的使用、效检、维修从无序达到了规范管理,均P<0.001。结论:将ISO9000质量体系导入医院护理管理,大大地增强了护士长对时间、资源等无形成本效益的管理,有效地降低了医院的营运成本,提升了护理管理水平。
Objective: To strengthen invisible cost administration by head nurse and introduce ISO9000 quality system into hospital nursing administration. Methods: According to ISO9000 quality system standard, administration process was set up. Quantity of consume and drug stock was decided by species and quantum which consumed in two weeks. Basic number of crash barrow, clothes, coats and other item of supple room were decided and filled up every day. Facilities were checked, maintained and adjusted every week. Head nurse's daily administration plan was made and intense the plan' validity. Results: Times of receiving items by head nurse were reduced from 9.6 to 2.5, the minimum valid stock of drug and other item were ensured and overstock and profusion were reduced. Instrumentation were significantly better than before (P〈0.001). Conclusions: Hospital nursing administrated by ISO9000 quality system could strengthen administration of invisible cost of time and resource by head nurse, reduce hospital operation cost and improve hospital nursing administration.
