摘要
论述了医师人文精神的内涵、医师人文精神的现状以及医师人文精神的培养。主要从三个方面:一是培育医师自身的人文意识;二是培养医师的人文修养;三是培训医师的人文技能。
The conception, status and training of humanistic spirit for doctors were discussed. Humanistic spirit education was in three parts： humanistic consciousness, humanistic culture and humanistic skill.
