菊苣提取物和菊粉降脂活性研究 被引量:10

Decreasing Lipid in Serum with Extracts from Cichorium intybus Roots and Inulin

摘要 以300日龄商品代尼克T粉壳蛋鸡为试验动物,研究了菊苣提取物和菊粉对血清脂质、蛋黄总脂和胆固醇的影响.结果显示,0.1%菊苣提取物组、2.0%菊苣提取物组和0.1%菊粉组血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中0.1%菊苣提取物组TC降低36.47%,TG降低40.71%,LDL-C降低36.09%,0.1%菊粉组LDL-C降低16.23%,差异极显著(P<0.01);2.0%菊苣提取物组高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)比对照组高23.19%,差异极显著(P<0.01);2.0%菊苣提取物组蛋黄总脂和蛋黄胆固醇显著降低(P<0.05).表明菊苣提取物和菊粉均具有降血脂活性,但菊苣提取物比菊粉活性更强;菊苣提取物还具有降低蛋黄总脂和胆固醇的作用. The effects of the extract from Cichoriurn intybus L. roots and inulin on lipid in serum and egg total lipid contents and triglycerides were studied in this experiment. Nick T commercial layers (n = 300) were fed diets without the extract from C. intybus roots and inulin (control) or containing 0.1% or 2.0% chicory extract from C. intybus roots or inulin. The results showed that layers fed 0.1% or 2.0 % chicory extract from C. intybus roots or 0. 1% inulin diets had significantly decreased the total serum cholesterol (TC) ,triglycerides (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) concentrations (P〈0.05). The layers were fed diets containing 0.1% chicory extract to the diet had lowered the TC by 36.47% ,lowered the TG by 40.71% ,lowered the LDL-C by 36.03% in comparison with control group. The layers were fed diets containing 0.1% inulin had lowered the LDL-C by 16.23% (P〈0.01) in comparison with control group. The layers were fed diets containing 2.0% chicory extract had significantly lowered the total egg cholesterol and triglycerides in comparison with control group (P^0.05). The results of this study suggested that the extract from C. intybus roots and inulin are able to improve lipid meta-bolism observed in layers,and extract from C. intybus roots is better than inulin.
