摘要
针对我国当前批发零售业市场潜力巨大、外资竞争压力大、连锁经营占主导地位、多业态并存等发展特点和趋势,广东应重视开拓农村市场,壮大和培育大型商贸企业集团,加强批发零售业上下游产业之间的联动,加快批发业的重组与建设,引导批发市场向规范化管理过渡并注意防范风险。
To conform to the tendency of wholesale and retail trade in China （huge market potential, big pressure of competition, tendency of chain store, a lot of commercial modality） , Guangdong must put focus on rural market, accelerate the re-construction and building of the wholesale business, guide the wholesale market to standardized management and risk preventing.
