摘要
研制了杆式谐波行星传动机构,并对该新型机构进行了工作原理分析、理论廓线方程推导、对所研制样机从动杆滚子中心点进行运动分析;采用Pro/E软件对机构进行3D建模,并且运用了Pro/E运动学分析模块Mechanism对该机构进行运动学仿真。
Creates a rod harmonic planetary transmission mechanism. Analyses work principles, theory profile and the choice of eccentric distance and so on. It uses Pro/E software to draw solid modeling and virtual assembly, then uses kinematic analysis module mechanism to test interference of body movement. It analyses its causes of interference, and amends the relevant parameters to achieve transmission requirements.
