摘要
以单圆弧齿轮传动的小齿轮齿数、法面模数、螺旋角及齿宽的均值为设计变量,考虑影响单圆弧齿轮传动应力计算各种因素的随机性、约束边界的模糊性,以齿轮传动副中的两圆弧齿轮的体积和最小为目标函数,应用模糊可靠性优化设计理论,建立了单圆弧齿轮传动的模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型,应用Hopfield神经网络算法,对实例进行了计算。
The mathematical model of the fuzzy reliability optimization design on the single arc gear transmission is developed by using fuzzy reliability optimization design theory, the number of pinion teeth, normal module, helix angle and the gear width mean are regarded as design variables. Minimizing the volume sum of the two arc gears in gear transmission is regarded as objective function considering the randomness of various factors affecting single arc gear transmission stress computation and the fuzziness of restraining border. An example is calculated bv using Hopfield neural network algorithm.
