摘要
从焊接轨迹、焊池移动速度等方面对BQ型双偏心半球阀阀芯球面环状密封带堆焊工艺进行了分析,得出不同尺寸的工件应采用不同的堆焊轨迹、堆焊速度的结论,设计出一种能够调整阀芯、焊枪姿态的双变位机构,以适应不同堆焊轨迹、堆焊速度的要求,大大提高了焊接质量和焊接效率。
The welding craft of spherical round - taping sealing surface for BQ type half- ball valvular core was analyzed, from both the welding routine and the velocity of movement of the welding pool, the conclusion that different deposit surfacing welding tracks and different speeds should be adopted to fit the workpieces with different sizes. At last, a new double - welding machine which can adjust the valve core and the gesture of welding torch in order to fit different routines and speeds were designed, which can improve the welding quality and welding efficiency greatly.
