摘要
传统控制技术难以在故障情况下对矿井提升机的复杂控制系统实现有效控制,提出了在提升机控制系统中采用集成智能传感器容错控制方案来实现提升机的容错控制,以保证提升机在传感器故障情况下,系统仍能稳定可靠的运行,增强了系统的可靠性,避免了事故。最后讨论了煤矿提升机容错控制系统的总体结构、功能组成以及各部分的具体实现方式,并对系统进行了仿真,仿真结果表明该系统具有容错控制和较好的稳定性。
According to the characteristic of mine hoist runned by control system, puts forward and uses tolerant control technology of integrate intelligent sensor to improve the stabilization safety and reliability of mine hoist control system in the sensor fault. Accident is avoided. Last, the ensemble structure, function and achieve mode of every department are discussed. This emulation result manifests that the system has a characteristic of tolerant control . It is very important meaning to undertake safety and high effective of mine hoist.
