客专隧道衬砌泵送混凝土堵管的原因分析及预防措施

Reasons for Pipe Blocking of Pumped Concrete for Lining of Passenger-dedicated Railway Tunnels and their Prevention Measures

客专隧道衬砌混凝土是按照耐久性混凝土进行配合比设计的,其材料品质、混凝土工作性能和运灌工艺等都有其特殊的地方,由于施工组织、混凝土工作性能、混凝土施工机械配备能力、施工人员操作水平等,也会造成泵送堵管。结合合武铁路三标泵送混凝土施工情况,总结导致堵管的几个常见原因及预防措施。

The concrete for the lining of the passenger-dedicated railway tunnels are produced as per the requirements for durable concrete. The raw material quality, workability and transportation and casting technologies of the concrete have their own special requirements. Due to the problems in the construction organization, concrete ＇s workability, concrete construction equipment and working labors, pipe blocking may occur during the pumping of the concrete. On basis of the concrete construction of No. 3 bid section of Hefei - Wuhan passenger-dedicated railway, the author summarizes the reasons for the pipe blocking and their prevention measures in the paper.
