随着工程技术的发展,内架外挂拼装模板技术在整个合武客运专线桥梁施工中发挥了很大的作用。由于墩身尺寸随高度变化而变化,所以采用内脚手架与外挂式脚手架结合,这样给施工带来了方便与效益,同时也保证了安全。结合合武客专施工,介绍内架外挂拼装模板技术在桥梁墩身施工中的应用情况。

With the development of engineering technologies, the technology of assembled formworks with interior scaffold and exteriorly-hung scaffold has played an important role in the construction of the bridges on Hefei - Wuhan passenger-dedicated railway. Because the dimensions of the piers change with their height, the combination of interior scaffolds and exteriorly-hung scaffolds are adopted in the bridge construction, which results in convenience and efficiency to the bridge construction and guarantees the construction safety. Taking the construction of the bridges on Hefei - Wuhan passenger-dedicated railway as case history, the author presents the application of the technology of assembled formworks with interior scaffolds and exteriorly-hung scaffolds in the construction of the bridge piers.
