咳嗽变异型哮喘26例临床分析

The chinical analysis of 26 patients with cough variant asthma

目的了解咳嗽变异型哮喘的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析26例咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床特点,诊断要点和治疗效果。结论咳嗽变异型哮喘临床并非少见,但常易误诊造成病人延误治疗。

Objective To examine the diagnosis and therapy of patients with cough variant asthma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 26 cases of cough variant asthma was carried out. The clinical characteristic, main points of diagnosis and therapeutic efficacy were evaluated in the study. Results It＇s a not rare disease in clinical practice. Conclusion The misdiagnosis of cough variant asthma can lead to mistreatment of those patients.
