鸦胆子油乳联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察

Clinical observation of Yadanzhi grease and DDP on treating malignant pleural effusion

目的研究鸦胆子油乳联用顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效。方法选择66例患有恶性胸水的住院患者,分别胸腔内注射鸦胆子油乳、顺铂与单用鸦胆子油乳、顺铂,每周2次。结果鸦胆子油乳联用顺铂组治疗有效率82.60%,鸦胆子油乳组57.14%,顺铂组59.09%(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳联用顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效明显优于单用鸦胆子油乳、顺铂。

Objective To observe the curative effects on malignant pleural effusion treated with Yadanzhi grease and DDP. Methods Sixty-six in-patients suffering from malignant pleural effusion were divided into three groups randomly： 23 patients in the treatment group were treated with DDP 60 mg and YDZ 60 ml twice every week ,21 patients were treated with YDZ and 22 patients were treated with DDP. Results The total effective rates in the treatment group, YDZ group and DDP group were respectively 82.60% ,57. 14% and 59.09% respectively（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of using YDZ and DDP together in treatment of malignant pleural effusion is superior to using only YDZ or DDP.
