摘要
当前我国长三角地区城市群的物流配送体系存在分散、低速、低效的“瓶颈”问题,而多级物流中心城市配送体系将以其便捷性、易达性、灵活性以及网络化、集成化等特点,在很大程度上提高城市群物流配送的速度和运行效率。选取长三角地区12个重点城市,建立了物流中心城市综合评价指标体系,并对各城市的物流综合实力进行了量化评估与排序;结合各城市的地理位置、交通运输条件等因素,构建了三级物流中心城市层次,提出了长三角地区多级城市物流配送体系规划方案。
Nowadays,some choke problems lies in the development process of logistics distribution system in the Changjiang River delta city group. Multilevel hub logistics city distribution system can improve rate and efficience of city group logistics distribution system with some advantages such as convenient arriving, agility, integration and so on. Hub logistics city development strength comprehensive evaluation index system and its calculation ,evaluation and taxis are analyzed in twelve cities in the Changjiang River delta. Three levels hub logistics city system is designed with conditions such as these cities' geography location and transportation and so on. The Changjiang River delta multilevel city logistics distribution system is planned. Some advice on this logistics distribution system's operation is also pointed out to governor from four aspects of integration logistics transportation network construction,logistics park planning construction,logistics industry information platform construction and logistics industry standardization construction.
