摘要
由于不确定性的客观存在,即使企业的技术创新联盟考虑到成立后会出现的问题,并采取相应的措施予以规避,仍难以完全避免冲突的产生,冲突一旦激化,会直接导致联盟的失败。因此,企业技术创新联盟在管理过程中必须重视因不确定性而引发的联盟成员之间的冲突,并建立相应的机制,实现不确定性的消减。分析指出,和谐机制是应对不确定性的有效机制,可化解联盟内部的冲突,确保联盟的维持与发展,并指明了建立企业技术创新联盟和谐机制的具体途径。
Owing to the objective reality of the un-definition characteristic, it is very difficult to avoid the conflict completely, even if enterprises' technical innovation alliance had taken the appearing issues into account.When the conflict became acute, it will cause alliance failure directly. As a conclusion, enterprises' technical innovation alliance must pay more attention to this conflict caused by un-definition characteristic during their management procedure; establish mechanism to realize the un-definition characteristic's reduction. This article points out that harmonious mechanism is an effective mechanism counter to the un-definition characteristic, and it can solve the interior conflict, ensure the alliance's maintenance and development, and show the detailed way of setting up enterprises' technical innovation alliance harmonious mechanism.
