摘要 核心自我评估是一个更高阶的代表人们对自身、环境和与环境之间的关系所作出的基本评价。核心自我评估由4个指标来表明:即自尊、情绪稳定性、控制源和一般自我效能。对核心自我评估理论的指标特征与研究进展进行了综述。 Core self-evaluations is a higher order concept representing the fundamental evaluations people make about themselves ,their environments, and the relationship between themselves and their environment. The concept is manifested by four indicator traits: self-esteem, emotional stability/neuroticism,locus of control,and generalized self-efficacy.
