从哈蟆油（ＯｖｉｄｕｃｔｕｓＲａｎａｅ）石油醚提取物中分离鉴定了３个化合物．分别为胆甾－３，６－二酮（Ａ－Ⅴ），胆甾醇（Ａ－Ⅵ），胆甾－４－烯－３－酮（Ａ－Ⅳ），其中Ａ－Ⅴ，Ａ－Ⅳ为首次从该属动物中分得．

In this study a new calculative method of Compleximetry titration error is set forth for two or more kinds of inos in solution to be quantitively titrated.The calculative result is more accurate than that from Ringbom formula.
