Three compounds were isolated from Oviductus Rane and identified by examining their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis as cholest 4 en 3 one(A Ⅳ),cholest 3,6 dione(A Ⅴ),and cholesterol (A Ⅵ).Compound A Ⅳ and A Ⅴ are for the first time isolated from the animal.
