Chemical Studies of the Active Antitumor Constituents from the Fruit of Brucea Javanica(L.) Merr(II)

从苦木科植物鸦胆子（Ｂｒｕｃｅａｊａｖａｎｉｃａ（Ｌ．）Ｍｅｒｒ．）果实的抗肿瘤活性部位中经硅胶柱等分离得到４个四环三萜苦木内酯化合物，经波谱鉴定分别为鸦胆因Ｄ，鸦胆因Ｈ，鸦胆子甙Ａ和双氢鸦胆子甙Ａ．其中鸦胆子甙Ａ为主要活性成分之一．

Four quassinoids were isolated from the antitumor parts of the treated fruit of Brucea javanica (L.) Merr.and they were identified as Bruceine D,bruceine H,Bruceoside A and Yadanzioside A by means of spectroscopic analysis.And Bruceoside A is considered as one of the most significant antitumor constituents in it.
