A Study on the Antibacterial Activities of Cefaclor Granules in Vitro and in Vivo

头孢克罗是第二代口服头孢类抗生素．具有抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强等特点．本品的体外抗菌试验，对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌等的ＭＩＣ５０分别为：０．１，０．７８，１．５６ｍｇ／Ｌ；体内的保护试验，对接种的金黄色葡萄球菌（临１）口服给药的ＥＤ５０为０．１３１４ｍｇ／Ｌ，对接种大肠杆菌（临２）的ＥＤ５０为２．３３７０ｍｇ／Ｌ．

Cefaclor Granules is a new oral preparation of cephalosporin.It has strong antibacterial activity against both Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria.The MIC 50 ′s of Cefaclor against S.aureus,E.coil,and K.pneumoniae,are 0 1,0 78,and 1 56 mg/L respectively. In the in vivo protection test against cyniccl strsins,ED 50 ′s of Cefaclor Granules against S.anreues and E.coil are found to be 0 1314 mg/kg and 2 3370 mg/kg,.Results show that Cefaclor Granules is a very effective antibacterial agent.
