特高压交流输电线路的运行维护与带电作业 被引量:60

摘要 我国正在积极发展结构参数高、运行可靠性要求高的1000kV特高压交流输电线路,为了给线路的运行维护提供参考,从我国实际情况出发,结合国内高压、超高压线路和国外特高压线路的运行情况,分析了特高压线路雷击、污闪、风偏、覆冰舞动等故障的特点,提出了相应的防治措施;明确了线路检测工作的重点,分析了在1000kV特高压交流输电线路运行维护中应用红外、紫外等检测技术和开展在线监测和状态检修的可行性和必要性;分析了线路巡视工作的要点,探讨了直升飞机巡视在1000kV特高压交流输电线路中的应用;研究了1000kV特高压交流输电线路的带电作业技术,确定了带电作业的安全距离和组合间隙,提出了人体安全防护方法,并讨论了加装保护间隙的作业方式。 1000kV ultra high voltage (UHV) transmission line has features, such as high structure parameters, high operating parameters, high reliability and so on. In this paper, in order to provide references for the maintenance of 1000kV UHV transmission lines, from practical domestic situation of 1000kV UHV transmission lines, combining with the operating conditions and experiences of high voltage (HV), extra high voltage (EHV) in China and UHV transmission lines abroad, the characteristics of lightning stroke, pollution flashover, windage yaw, and ice coating galloping etc. of 1000kV UHV line were studied. Methods for the prevention from those faults were proposed. The key points of the line detection were researched, and the feasihility and necessity of new detecting methods, such as ultraviolet, infra-red detecting, online monitoring and condition-based maintenance in 1000kV UHV transmission lines were discussed. The technology of line patrol were analyzed, and the application of helicopter surveying in 1000kV UHV transmission lines was discussed. Moreover, the technology of live working on 1000kV UHV transmission lines were researched, and the minimum approach distance and minimum complex gaps were determined, the safety protection measures were obtained, and method of live working with portable protective gaps was researched.
