摘要
为了提高发射机输出脉冲幅度的稳定度,研制了平均功率约10kW的脉冲电源,采用回扫充电技术给线型调制器的脉冲形成网络充电。该电源充电、放电分时进行,可控制调制器连通以减小电源纹波影响调制器指标;采用IGBT作为充电开关。在讨论了IGBT的驱动电路和保护电路设计后还阐述了工程应用中电源各重要参数的计算和几个关键点有详细的说明,并给出了样机的测试波形,测试结果证明,该电源达到了试验要求。
The paper describes the design of one high power pulse supply,giving out average 10kW power and using fly back technology to charge the pulse-forming network in the line-type modulator, the pulse width is 56μs, max PRF is 330Hz, it makes the charge and discharge process time-sharing, which is favorable for preventing the impair of the power supply's ripple on the MODs indexes. The MOD design uses IGBT as the charge switch and discusses the design methods of driven circuit and protected circuit of IGBT, the control criterion of the gate drive circuit is to actively limit the voltages during switching transients, while minimizing the switching transient and losses. Through the compromise design, the rated operating voltage of pulse forming network is set to be 4000V, the important parameters are calculated in practice, including the charging time, transformer ratio, and the current of charging tube. The test waveforms of this machine are also given out. Finally, several key technologies, including the design of flyback transformer, the way to minish leakage inductance and distribution capacitance, are introduced in detail. The result proves that this supply meets the testing demands. Not only its outstanding performance has reached the requirements of its specifications, but also its reliability and efficiency has been greatly improved.
