摘要
为了加强输电线路状态运行管理,介绍了线路管理系统的数据结构、系统建立方法后分析了系统的功能:安排定期的线路巡视;及时采取措施预防突发事故的发生,实现输电线路的状态监测、状态巡视、状态检修等;对设备的基本参数和经验数据进行自动修正,并通过嵌入的各种算法、模型结合GIS系统绘制该地区的电子污区分布图、覆冰分布图等。实际运行证明,该系统对线路的安全运行起到了监测作用。
A transmission line operation and management system based on online monitoring technology and geographical information system (GIS) was built with the quick development of online monitoring technologies, GIS and databases. The various kinds of status information of devices were immediately sent to the municipal monitoring and controlling center by online monitoring technology by GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) or GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) with no additional effect on devices, and the working state of devices was determined effectively by an appropriate expert software used in the centre. There existed some available technologies running in practice, which included an online monitoring system of transmission line insulator contamination, an online monitoring system of transmission line conductor icing and galloping, an online monitoring system of transmission line conductor temperature, a transmission line dynamic capacities-increase system, a transmission line remote vision and guard against theft system etc. The characteristic, configuration of databases and the realizing method of transmission line status operation and management system were separately introduced in details in this paper. The database was very complex and extensive, and the configuration consisted of the common backup map, the transmission line special map, the basic parameters, the running parameters of the power supply devices, and the online monitoring dynamic information from online monitoring technologies. The three main functions of this system were analyzed, namely, the periodical inspection of transmission lines was arranged, the abrupt accident was effectively avoided by taking emergency measures according to forecasting from online monitoring technology which was the important basis of status monitoring, status inspection and status examining and repairing, and the basic running and experience parameters of devices could be modified dynamically and the electronic map of pollution area and the electronic map of icing area could be drawn automatically by the running system based on the embedded algorithms and GIS.
