For the injection mould of thin-wall plastic parts, it＇ s cooling system is the imdortant section in preventing plastic parts from distortion and improving productivity. Because it particularity in structure and request of high-precision for CD, cooling system of CD injection mould have more complexity and more important. The thesis detail studies cooling system of CD injection mould, and described the design manner of it, including the cooling water channel of moving plate, stationary plate, sprue and punch etc.
