Application of Case-Based Reasoning andman hourmethod in Stamping Die Cost Estimation

对工时法报价的分析，提出基于事例推理的冲压模具工时估价法。模拟工程师的报价过程，量化报价模具与在实际生产中积累的相关模具的报价信息，检索7中压模具事例库，进行相似度比较，根据检索出的模具零件的形状和尺寸，调用工时库，计算出模具的价格，开发实用、合理的冲压模具报价系统。

Based on the analysis of the man-hour method, a case-based reasoning method complemented by man-hour methodwas put forward in the stamping die cost estimation. It simulates human＇s behavior in the process of stamping die cost estimation, and quantifies the useful information of a new die part and a series of correlative die samples accumulated in the foregone estimation experience by case-based reasoning, and then compares the similarity between the new part and the samples after computing their level of approximation to find the most similar samples. According to the most sample＇s dimensions and figures, use the base of the man-hour to compute the cost of the stamping die. It could be help to develop the scientific and rational stamping die cost estimation system.
