Towards Customer Centric and Self-serve Oriented Business Solution

中小企业迫切需要一种低成本、低风险、快速上线、高灵活性,并能随着其企业需求变化不断顺利演变的企业应用解决方案。传统的预先打包的软件(pre-packaged software solutions)和客户定制化开发(custom programming)的软件方案都不能满足上述需求。提出了一种以客户为中心的面向自服务的解决方案,使中小企业用户能够以自服务的方式,根据其具体需求,创建满足其特定需求的企业应用;并且设计开发了AppDiy平台来验证该方案的可行性。

Small to medium sized business （SMB） requires its software solution with features of low price, high flexibility, maintainability, usability, fitness, and immediate return of investment. Traditional offerings including pre-packaged software solution and custom programming can not fulfill these requirements. A customer centric self-serve oriented business solution is proposed, with which the SMB users can obtain a software solution meets their specific requirements in a self-serve fashion. A prototype system named AppDiy Platform was devised to show its feasibility.
