淀粉醚化变性对羊毛纤维黏附性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用轻浆粗纱法,以粗纱条的最大强力、断裂功及断裂伸长为量化指标,研究了淀粉羧甲基变性、季铵阳离子化变性以及羧甲基-季铵阳离子化双重变性对羊毛纤维黏附性能的影响。实验结果表明:上述3种醚化变性方式都能改善淀粉对羊毛纤维的黏附性能;3种醚化变性方式以羧甲基-阳离子双重变性方式的效果最为显著;随着淀粉变性程度的增大,黏附性能也随之提高。 The effects of the etherified starches containing carboxymethylated and/or cationic groups on the adhesion to wool fibers were researched by a slightly sizing roving method. The maximum strength, work to break and breaking elongation of the roving were used to quantitatively characterize the adhesion indexes. The results manifested that three kinds of modification enhanced the adhesion of starch to wool fibers, and the adhesion increases with the modification degree of starch increases. The carboxymethylated and cationic multi-modification of starch was the most effective one among three kinds of etherified starches for increasing the adhesion of starch to wool fibers.
