归元创疗汤剂对创伤大鼠血浆内毒素及二胺氧化酶的影响

Effects of Guiyuan Chuangliao Decoction on the Plasma Levels of Endotoxin and DAO on Traumatized Rats

目的:通过中药方剂归元创疗汤对闭合性创伤大鼠模型的治疗,研究中药对血浆内毒素及二胺氧化酶的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠54只,随机分成:正常组、中药组、对照组,其中中药组和对照组为创伤模型,分别给大鼠予灌胃归元创疗汤或生理盐水治疗,在不同时段进行血浆内毒素以及二胺氧化酶测定。结果:创伤大鼠的血浆内毒素及二胺氧化酶明显高于正常大鼠,但中药组大鼠的血浆内毒素及二胺氧化酶低于对照组。结论:归元创疗方剂在早期创伤治疗中,具有保护胃肠黏膜屏障、抑制细菌内毒素移位作用,可减轻炎症反应。

Objective Therapy of rats suffered from closed trauma with Guiyuan Chuangliao Decoction, to study the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanism of Chinese Medicine. Methods 54 Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random： normal group with no trauma and therapy; Chinese medicine group with trauma received gastric infusion of Guiyuan Chuangliao Decoction; Control group with trauma received gastric infusion of saline. Other measure was completely identical in last two groups. Levels of endotoxin and the activity of diamine oxidase （DAO） in the plasma were measured in order to determine the effect of Guiyuan Chuangliao Decoction. Results The levels of plasma endotoxin and DAO in traumatic rats were significantly higher than those of normal group. The levels of plasma endotoxin and activity of DAO were significantly lower in Chinese medicine group than those in control group. Conclusion These results indicated that Guiyuan Chuangliao Decoction taken orally can abate the degree of intestine injury, restrain the endotoxin and pathogenic bacteria to translocate into systemic organs and systemic circulation, may lessen the systemic inflammatory response.
