病案对外利用现状与思考

Status Quo and Analysis on Duplicating Medical Records

本文对一所大型综合性医院2000年1月至2005年12月病案复印情况进行了统计分析,结果显示,病案的复印量和利用率均呈现逐年上升趋势,2005年病案利用率为22.34%,是2000年的24倍,其中在医疗保险和继续医疗上的使用增加幅度最大。文章还阐述了病案对外利用的意义,并就做好此项工作需要在服务设施、服务理念、管理水平等方面提出了思考和建议,这些建议对改进医院病案对外利用的管理和服务具有一定的指导意义。

Data were analyzed about the information of duplicating medical records in a large general hospital from January 2000 to December 2005. The results showed an increasing tendency in the duplication quantity and utilization ratio of medical records, especially for the purposes of medical insurance and further treatment. The maximum utilization ratio of medical records reached 22.34%. The signifieanees of duplicating medical records were also discussed. At last, the methods of improving service facilities, service conception and management levels for this work were discussed to help the hospital to improve management lever in this work.
