摘要
2006年5月,本院成功组织急救和空运了在大兴安岭灭火战斗中被严重烧伤的35名武警官兵,并收治其中烧伤最严重的23名伤员。在这次近似于实战的应急保障中,积累了一些组织管理经验。通过总结现有条件下烧伤伤员的急救和空运组织流程,提出了建立早期医务人员常规心理测评及干预机制、批量伤员紧急空运机舱内部改装预案和全国性的伤病员空运组织管理机构的构想;同时为实战条件下组织进行伤员的急救和空运提供有益的参考。
In May, 2006, 35 severe bum patients were transfer by air -ferry organized by our hospital who were burned in the combat against the forest fire in Daxing'anling Mountains, and all of them came from the People's Armed Police(PAP). The experience suggested that we should establish the routine psychometric evaluation for doctors and nurses in the early, set up a preliminary plan for redesigning the compartment of an aircraft for air - ferry and emergency treatment of batches of patients. It was necessary to set up a National Administration Center for Air- ferry and Emergency Treatment.
