美托洛尔在治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭中的作用

The efficacy of metoprolol on chronic congestive heart failure

目的探讨美托洛尔在治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中的作用。方法将62例CHF患者随机分为2组,对照组:采用常规治疗方法(ACEI/ARb、利尿剂、地高辛);治疗组:在对照组治疗的基础上,加用美托洛尔,治疗15周。治疗前后检查超声心动图,并行6min步行试验。结果治疗组显示心功能明显改善(χ2=6.60,P=0.011),左心室射血分数明显增加(χ2=4.13,P=0.046),6min步行距离明显增加(χ2=19.63,P=0.000)。结论美托洛尔在常规治疗CHF的基础上,对CHF患者安全有效,可作为CHF的常规治疗用药。

Objective To explore the efficacy of metoprolol on chronic congestive heart （CHF）. Methods sixty-two patients with CHF were divided into two groups randomly ：control group which was treated conventional methods （ACEI/ARb, diuretic and digoxin ）; therapy group which was added metoprolol with the basic treatment for 15 weeks. All patients were examined by echocardiography at the beginning and end trial and 6 minutes walk test. Results Heart function of therapy group （P=0.011 ） and left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly improved （P=-0.046）.The distance of 6-minute walk test also increased （P=0.000）.Conclusion Metoptolol is safety and efficacy to CHF with basic treatment.
