摘要
概述了作用于车体上的扭转载荷的概念及产生原因。通过分析认为:对于时速160km的客车车体,由于该工况下的试验应力值小,可以不考虑;对于高速客车车体(时速200km以上),需要进行扭转载荷工况下的强度试验;对于地铁客车车体,由于车体结构上门、窗开孔多而大,故必须考虑。
In this paper,the conception and causes to the generation of torsional load applied on a carbody are described.Via analysis,it is recognized that for a passenger carbody with a speed of 160 km/h,due to the fact that the tested stress under such working condition is very small,it can be neglected;for a hign speed passenger carbody (with speed over 200 km/h),strength test needs to be carried out under the working condition of torsional load;for a subway passenger carbody,due to the fact that there are more and larger openings of doors and windows,the torsional load must be considered.
