摘要
以运输大块物料流的运输机为主要研究对象,研究大块物料对运输机受料处的冲击载荷及缓冲方法。以钢球来代替实际物流中大块物料,通过对胶带机静止状态下进行实验分析和理论计算,给出较为简便的分析方法,并据此详细分析了二级缓冲的作用,进而给出一种缓冲效果较好的缓冲型式。
With the belt conveyers mainly for conveying lump materials as aninstance, the dynamic impact load at feeding entry and buffering method arestudied. Substituting steel balls instead of lumps, a relatively simple analy-sing method is derived through static experiments and theoretical calculationfor the conveyer. By using this method to analyse the function of two--stagebuffering, a new buffering model which has a better effect is proposed.
