摘要
回顾了全路信号中修工作的历史，并就近10年来中修工作的经验及教训进行了总结。明确第3轮中修的指导思想，提出第3轮中修的工作重点及具体做法。
A historical review on the signal overhaul work and the summing-up of the corresponding experiments and lessons in the present ten years are given in this paper.The guiding principle, the key points and the specific measures are also put forward.
