摘要
通过对生产过程中反应器因结垢导致运行周期短、挤压机螺杆进料波动、对后续产品生产质量影响大等技术问题的分析,提出了优化反应引发温度和峰值温度、优化公用水系统温度控制、优化牌号切换过程、加强树脂熔体流动速率控制等对策,成功地生产出质量稳定的热收缩膜专用树脂。
Based on the analysis of the technical problems such as the short running period of the reactor caused by fouling, the feed fluctuation of extruder screw and the resultant significant effect on the subsequent product production quality, the countermeasures was put forward, such as optimizing the initiation temperature and peak temperature, optimizing utilities water system temperature, optimizing grade switching process and strengthening the control of MFR, thus the heat shrinkable film’s special resin of stable quality has been produced successfully.
