摘要 为充分发挥计算机辅助教学的优势,解决目前临床医学教学中资源相对短缺的困难,帮助医学生理解和掌握重点和难点知识,我中心充分利用自己的技术和设备优势,联合计算机专家,开发研制出诊断学虚拟实验室,以虚拟病人为单位,从问诊、体格检查、心电图和实验室检查4个方面,培养和训练医学生和青年医师。 At present, clinical medical education suffers from relative shortages in educational resources and difficulties in clini- cal training. In order to solve these problems the advantages of computer assisted teaching need to be fully applied, which helps the clinical students to well understand and grasp the focus and difficult points of medical knowledge. The researchers in our centre have made full advantage of their privilege in techniques and instruments, with the combination of experts in computer science and have created developed a virtual laboratory for diagnosis. This system is based on the virtual patients for the teaching and training of medical students and young doctors from four aspects: inquisition, physical examination, electrocardiogram and laboratory assay.
