On the Methods and Approaches of Innovating Theory of Trade Union Work

工会工作理论创新是工会适应新形势、新任务的需要,是工会工作落实科学发展观的需要。坚持工会工作理论创新必须以解决现实问题为目的,注意研究全面性、前瞻性、战略性重大工会理论课题;要以客观事实为根据,注重从职工群众中吸收理论创新营养;要以维权为重点,注重研究相关的政策;要以推动工会工作创新为动力,坚持马克思主义的发展观。

In order to meet with the need of new situation and implementing the scientific concept of development, trade union should make innovation of the theory of work. The innovation of trade union work theory must focused on solving problems in practice, researching on complete and strategic issues and taking precautions based on facts and the masses of workers and staff, paying attention to protecting labor rights and researching on relating policies, so as to insist on the Marxism concept of development and to enhance trade union work innovation.
