关于工会与企业行政关系变化的思考

摘要 随着国有企业改制的进一步深化和非公有制经济的日益发展壮大,工会与企业行政的关系已经发生了很大变化。但是,在我国社会主义市场经济体制下,无论公有制企业,还是非公有制企业中,工会与企业行政的关系仍然是一种平等合作、相互支持的关系,企业和职工的矛盾和冲突应当通过协商而非对抗的方式来处理和解决。 Mong with the deepening reform of SOEs and the increasingly development of non - public owned economy, the relationship between trade union and management of enterprise has changed a lot. However, under the socialist market economy, whether in public owned enterprises or in non - public owned enterprises, the relationship between trade unions and the management of enterprises is still a kind of relationship of equally cooperation and supporting each other. The conflicts between enterprises and workers should be solved through the mode of consultation, not through antagonizing.
