摘要
提高教学质量是学分制改革的出发点和归宿;不能“为改革而改革”,改革要有针对性,要注重实效;改革应从国情、校情等实际情况出发,要具体问题具体分析。
To improve teaching quality is the starting point and end- result of reform of the system of credit. We should pay attention to the pertinency and actual effect of reform, start reform from the actual situation of our country and our university or college, and make a concrete analysis of concrete terms.
